Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of EVA — a personal AI assistant in Telegram (the “Service”). By starting to use the Service, you accept these terms.

1. What the Service is

EVA helps you manage tasks, notes, meetings and reminders, and answers questions by voice and text. The Service is under active development and may be provided in early-access mode.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the Service for personal and work tasks within the law;
• Do not use it for illegal activity, spam, infringing others’ rights, or harming others;
• Do not attempt to disrupt the Service or gain unauthorized access.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the data you send to the assistant and you retain your rights to it. We process it only to provide the Service (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Accuracy and responsibility

EVA can make mistakes. Do not rely on her answers as your only source for critical matters (legal, medical, financial) — double-check what’s important. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Availability and changes

Because the Service is evolving, we may add, change or suspend features, and update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
