Privacy Policy
EVA is a personal AI assistant in Telegram (the “Service”). We respect your privacy and collect only what is needed for the assistant to work. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
Data we process
- Messages. The text and voice messages you send to the bot, and our replies — so we can understand context and carry out your requests.
- Your records. Tasks, notes, meetings, reminders, thoughts and contacts you create through the assistant.
- Basic Telegram profile. Your ID, name and avatar — for personalization and access to the Mini App.
- Google data (optional). If you connect Google Calendar — access tokens and the calendar events you explicitly authorize.
Why
- To carry out your requests and answer your questions;
- To remember context and show it in the organizer (Mini App);
- To send reminders and proactive nudges;
- To sync your meetings when Google Calendar is connected.
Google API data — Limited Use. EVA’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Calendar data is used solely to provide the assistant’s features at your request; it is never sold or shared with third parties, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train models.
Third-party services
Some features rely on external providers — speech recognition and synthesis, web search, and Google Calendar. Only the fragment of data needed for a given feature is shared with them. We never sell your data.
Storage and protection
Your data is stored on our server and is accessible only to you (records are tied to your account). Voice is processed for recognition and is not published. We keep data while you use the Service or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask the assistant to delete any record or fact about you (“delete…”, “forget this”), disconnect Google Calendar directly in the Mini App, and for full deletion of your data — contact us at the address below.
